MANAGING DIRECTOR.

Henry is our man on the ground who keeps the wheels turning, not just responsible for our team of creators he is also responsible for the day to day operations of Evolution. Our resident expert on delivery and execution, he is intrinsically involved in every project and production that Evolution produces and loves collaborating with clients to realise their creative vision. Henry began his career in stage management and has since gone on to produce some of our largest works.

Oscar is an experienced producer and creative who loves to develop exciting and innovative works with our clients across all of our diverse services. He is directly responsible for our theatrical productions here in Australia and globally with clients utilising his creative experience across live and theatre projects. Having founded Evolution Productions in 2012 with Michael, he is proud of the memorable outcomes we have delivered for clients and loves every day as he gets to do it all over again.

A knowledgeable entertainment executive, Michael founded Evolution in 2012 with Oscar, building on the collective success of projects they had produced together – encompassing videography, live and theatrical elements. Michael’s diverse background and experience in broadcasting, videography and live television provides a unique and innovative perspective to our clients regarding the delivery of their creative vision, directly contributing to wonderful creative solutions.
